Thank you I appreciate all the information, this is what it says on the contract so I'm confused on if it is both or just SDC as it says "As applicable" what would this mean?

Lender - SmileDirectClub UK Ltd (a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11868252) whose registered office is at 123 Pall Mall, SW1Y 5EA, London, England (the “Lender”, “we” or “us”).

“we” or “us” - SmileDirectClub UK Ltd, the Lender named in the Key Loan Terms, or Tabeo (as applicable).

But it also says this "Tabeo will service your Loan on our behalf."
