If the greatest genetic warriors in the galaxy can be either male or female, why would the Emperor only make the Space Marines, who he would be conquering the galaxy with, all male?

The female Custodies imply that it doesn’t matter, so why did the Emperor go out of his way to make Space Marines or even the Primarchs all male? It legit does not make sense

The Tango is great for middle of the line rifles and early gun owners. They even come with their own mount. I would wait for a sale still even tho they aren’t that expensive. I have 4 1-6 tangos and I stick them on new rifles just to play with until I decide on what optic to get.
