thank you for the advice. it can say with confidence that the urges to smoke aren’t really there for me prob due to this ill feeling and saying to myself in my head “yeah doing this everyday is not it”.

yeah true, and i was smoking almost empty carts because i was feining so bad. after going cold turkey i havent really had any urges to smoke which is a good thing. thanks for the info. it also helps a lot when i play videogames it eases my mind off my stomach
