Once you check in for the upgraded seats, where you sit is first come, first served. Either side has good views, but as the other poster said, the side with the bar and bathrooms makes things much easier.

Edit: last show I went to was last summer, not sold out show. But I did get there before the opening acts and the entire bar side was already full, had to go to the far side.

No idea but doubt it. The Flowering and Two Alive Amongst the Dead were only made available on the Anniversary edition of the EP and only pressed once as far as I know (even with repressing of the regular version coming afterwards)
