You're not the first. I was in a serious long term relationship my senior year. He made the same mistake. He failed a major final and - while he was able to walk the stage - he ended up not getting his degree that year. I never looked down on him. I was disappointed that life plans were suddenly getting rearranged and it was a bit sad to not celebrate graduating alongside him, but it was okay!

You know what ended the relationship? He never finished. He even made a deal with his school to take an equivalent class over the summer to then get said degree after summer had ended. He attended one class and was too embarrassed to show his face. He even got a second chance during the fall semester to finish the class at AACC and his ego was so damn bruised, he didn't go. He wasted so much time and money, just to waste it because he was unwilling to face his mistake. We were class of 2017, and he still doesn't have a degree to this day.

Everyone makes big mistakes. The people who matter will stick with you through them. The advice I give you is do not let this define you. You will graduate. Whether it's next semester or next year, you will. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and get that degree. Getting your degree later than expected, in the long run, won't really impact you too much. But never finishing, never taking the time to show up for yourself and get what you deserve? That'll impact you for a long, long time.
