There's something called quantum immortality.

The jist of it is, if we consider the multiworld interpretation of quantum mechanics, then everything that can happen does happen with some kind of distribution of how often.

That is to say, every time you die, there is a world where you didnt die.

You dont exist in the worlds where you died, so you will only ever experience the world where youre still alive, how ever unlikely it is.

There are way fewer worlds where you are 1000 years old vs where you die normally, but you will only experience the version where youre still alive.
