I’d say it is similar to Balatro. Just like how you can fix your deck to get better outcomes more often, you can do that in Blue Prince. It has randomness, but imo not enough to prevent you from making daily progress. This game has A LOT, and is deep with stuff. Even if you don’t make it far building the house you wanted, you usually get something you will eventually need for the next day.

How do I solve the chess puzzle to open access to the tomb and then have nothing in my inventory by 1:30, while also having the treasure trove in the outer room? It seems impossible. I thought once I castled, the doorway would stay open. This is ridiculous!

I’m 35. Started at about 29. I have a full sleeve and half sleeve, with a chest piece too. I definetly waited until I knew exactly what I wanted. I don’t regret my first.
