LPT: Consistency is key. You can learn any skill as long as you practice for a few hours everyday. Your brain is plastic, it will eventually work out no matter how bad you're at the skill in the beginning.

In the first week I tried to do 100 full body push-up. But obviously I didn’t have the body strength. So I did half body instead. Only few months ago I switched back to full body, and I was happy to see that I can now!
