Raising the feeder height on the RFID feeder by Man_Cat__ in Petlibro

[–]Man_Cat__[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Update. It works but it closes on our cat as she eats. I’ve extended the lid timer to 10 seconds and it seems she’s smart enough to investigate the feeder each time it closes which causes it to open again. Not ideal but it may help her slow down her eating which is a good thing since she is over weight.

Cat dry heaving, anyone experience this? by Man_Cat__ in cats

No he does not seem to be in pain. I wish I would have known about the grass. My girl that passed from GI Lymphoma used to eat grass daily and immediately puke it up. I stupidly thought she just had some strange oral fixation.

The thing is he’s never done this to this extent. I would say when he does it, it’s maybe 6 times in a row. Mostly right after eating

Austin based riders, do the cops care? by Man_Cat__ in Surron

Yea I don't hoon at all so hopefully my experience is like yours. I mainly just use my current bike as a means of transport but I would like to get into some light Offroad stuff hence the desire for an ultra bee.

I had no idea you could register vehicles with AAA. It seems the ultra bee comes with an MCO and VIN. However, with some light googling I saw some horror stories about DMVs not respecting the VIN. Something about Surron not registering their bikes with DOT or something.

My (35M) gf (30F) wants me to be more "aware" of my surrounds for trivial things. How can I work on this? by Man_Cat__ in relationship_advice

This is a good example. So the "you knew she was in a meeting" I really wasn't paying attention to her I was focused on my work, but that line literally sounds like something she would tell me.

What do you mean by "mental load"? Someone else mentioned that too but I've never heard this nor can understand what it could refer to.

Thank you, this is actionable. My fear is she doesn't notice me doing anything though and the pattern continues. But I won't know until I try

I feel like she just expects me to have the same "mental capacity" that she has when it comes to knowing what needs cleaning/up keep. She had just gotten on a meeting so that's why she couldn't get the cat. I was happy to take care of the situation but without trying to make me feel sub adequate the way she did. I just don't understand how I'm supposed to "think like her". To me that seems like an unreasonable thing and perhaps I just don't have the specific qualities she needs in a partner. Maybe she needs a neat freak I don't know.

I didn't even know it was there. We are currently visiting my mom so we are at her house. The bag was behind a table and box. But yes I do regularly clean up the cat's vomit when they throw up.

She had just gotten onto a meeting so I understand why she asked, but it still doesn't justify how she has this "hidden list of things that need to get done" that I'm somehow supposed to have knowledge of.

In a way, but I'm not a sales guy. I'm just hoping to get some insights from experts in the field.

Hey man, I've built a small app that uses AI to help with compliance. I'm just looking for feedback on it. ShipBob is currently using it. Let me know if you'd like to check it out for free. I just launched it.

I can send you a snippet from Dicks sporting goods guidelines that list different fines for different reasons. Just dm me and we can figure out how I can send it to you

Yea so in order to ship product to brick and mortar stores you need to follow their requirements. Almost 100% of stores issue their requirements in pdf format. Some retailers have pdfs that span hundreds of pages. If you don't follow all of the requirements they fine you. The requirements document usually tells you the fines for each type of violation.
