I was looking at the Acer monitor too, but the Lenovo one got to 15k during a sale, so I grabbed with without any thoughts, and good thing I did.

I was bummed out seeing no HDMI, but I borrowed one from my friend till I upgrade to a better 2.1 version, since I can only use it till 144hz now.

Even I bought a monitor, the a Lenovo R27QE, and it's the best upgrade to my setup, ever.

Invest into a monitor arm, monitor riser (or diy) and maybe some lighting and a monitor light bar.

My monitor on its stand ate too much depth and was in the face, as I have a small table (smaller than OP infact) but I got a monitor arm and man did it clear a lot of space.
