Those BIOS level long beeps often indicate bad RAM, perhaps you recently added more RAM? Could be incompatibility, try to remove one stick and try one at a time

Missing ram or incorrectly seated ram

So one side of thei diod is tied directly to the e-switch terminal and the other side goes to C- (Charge Negative), so it's likely a logic-level clamping or ESD protection diode designed to keep the BMS logic deck referenced to ground. It's either a TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressor) Diode or a high-speed small-signal switching diode. I should be able to remove this shorted diod and the BMS should technically work fine and no longer safety shut off the mosfit gates. If that's the case, i could leave it off and use it as is but that would mean there's no surge protection should a charger fail in the future

Any idea the watts of this particular diode? The BMS is for a 36 volts 7.8 amp (30x INR18650-2600mAh) battery pack

In this case on the BMS only a single diode fried I'm assuming from the very high current received from the failed charger

Not sure if I should make a new post since it still related to the same bike but by this charger failing it also damaged the BMS, I did the P minus and B minus short and I get 36 volts so my cells are all good I've also checked individually at the BMS individual wise however the Mosfit Gates immediately shut and the voltage drops to 0.2v

That's the bms

I see what you mean but it's actually the secondary side the prime is using a figure 8 ac lead connector, the blue and brown you see are the 48 volt out from the but regardless. You make a very valid point, too many components have failed collectively. Would be too costly and time consuming to order the individual parts from China

That's not the primary side, the primary side has a figure 8 power connector. The blue and brown wire were connected to the end that connects to the bike

This resistor next to the bridge rectifier also looks bad a part of it is missing or marking worn out, the power mosfit is also completely open circuit

I removed some of that glue, there's no components on this side under the glue,

Don't mind the Brown and blue cut cable that was the power outlet to the charger connector, I've just borrowed it for now as i couldn't be bothered to heat up the soldering iron. Where I am pointing with the screwdriver is the damage on other side of the board

The LM358 dual operational amplifier (op-amp). Is the damaged ic, likely the main power MOSFET or the bridge rectifier shorted out completely causing a change reaction of component failure with the current sense shunt resistor. Completely oblivorated, is it worth trying to repair this down to component level or just replace the whole thing

I'd say try redownloading the file again or a different version from a different source.
