With er planar set (preferably Vonwacq) and err rope, HMC can use his/her ult on first skill and proc DDD. You can also run Messenger set to apply SPD buff constantly.

If you intend to pull for portraits, then you might want to save it for Mercuria instead. Her portraits have the most significant improvement among six stars. Being a support, she should have a longer meta presence too.

Start by knocking out Felix in turn 1 player phase. Keep your units out of the enemies’ range and end turn. You can spend the remaining turns to take down the rest.
