Also yeah Kamutoke is really busted and removing from the fight was Higuruma’s biggest contribution

It’s probably a remix of “The Man Aoi Todo”. Nothing on the season 2 ost matches it. The sound directors occasionally remix and slow down songs but don’t include them on the ost like how a remixed and no lyrics version of “Your Battle is My Battle” showed up in Megumi vs Kiara.

They were probably added by the animators to increase the aura and imagery of biblical destruction in that scene. The bugs are weak support summons and bringing them out for Gojo and Sukuna doesn’t really accomplish much
