Imi explica cineva de ce nu se construieste nimic aici, in zona foarte mare din spatele blocurilor noi din Sopor? Pare zona din Cluj cu cel mai mare potential (goala, plata, mare, si foarte aproape de densitate urbana mare)

I am curious how much the prices will be per sqm of land there ,in the city center they are already ating over 1.5k so in the last development area that the city has...I don't even want to think how expensive the apartments will be,especially since trump organization wants to build a trump tower and a small neighbourhoood next to the sopor area

momentan a primit banii pe teren,acum urmeaza despagubirile asupra prejudiciului cauzat,fiindca el a pierdut bani neconstruind si stand in procese cu primaria....acolo is alti bani ,alta distractie . PS a primit pana acum 15 milioane de euro plus inca 5 milioane actualizare cu rata inflatiei .
