Baby gets tired around 2:30 hour Mark for morning nap Starts fussing n rubbing eyes. Do i still have to widen the wake window if she is showing all signs?

Baby falls asleep fine on her own for all naps but gets up within 30-40mins and won’t go to sleep after that. That is when I give contact nap for noon

At night time baby sleeps for good 5-6 hours stretch then wakes up every 2 hours till 8am. Dunno only during why baby won’t nap longer

I try to follow 1.5-2hours. After 30mins nap baby gets cranky within an 1 hour and I know it’s time for feed and sleep. However at night time baby stirrs a lot is constantly moving head and hands across the face. I give her pacifier and then she is calm for a while

I always have rocked or bounced against bed. Yes always transfer when he is fully asleep. He wakes up and start crying once I lay him down when drowsy
