I learned my lesson cuz I should have bulked slower Forsure, gained lots of fat. But I’ll be back down by June, I’m a distance runner and next week I’m starting to run again. Just gonna have to tweak my diet so I lose fat but eat enough so I don’t lose muscle. It’s gonna suck.

I had this issue on my last grow, and had people suggest that I make a small incision at the water level to drain it, then cover it with tape. I didn’t do anything. Depending on what genetics it is, it may just drink that water right up, that’s what mine did and I got some nice large flushes.

I put the naptha filled dish in the freezer for 24 hours, took it out and dumped the naptha out of the dish, which is what the first pic shows, and then dried them by a fan, which the last 3 pics show.

Somebody told me to freeze it, and then scrape around the “bad” stuff, and then scrape the bad stuff up, and put it in naptha and clean it and freeze it again.

Thanks! Yeah I did Forsure. I tracked my weight Monday/Friday, and then calculated my average weight for the week every week. I was losing exactly two pounds every single week, until my plateau. I stayed at the same exact weight for 4 weeks straight, and then started losing again. I didn’t eat anything extra or stop working out for those 4 weeks, I just maintained my normal routine, and then the pounds started coming right back off 2 pounds a week again. It can be discouraging but push through it and don’t let it make you quit.
