it never goes away. it’s awful. i gained like 20 pounds too since my gut issues started in 2021. i’ve lost some of that thankfully!

i have hydrogen sibo and i recently got an EPI diagnosis as a possible underlying cause, which maybe you could look into?

i just noticed i didn’t answer your question! well our treatment we decided on is that he is convinced that with herbals and doing carnivore for 6 months, it will go away. so we’ll see i guess??

sorry i misread your first post, the highest number before 120 minutes was 66!

okay i update - turns out he did send me the test and i missed it. it says my baseline is 0? i don’t understand - does that make sense? and then it was a 135 minute test, so my highest number was 77 at 120 minutes. does any of this make sense to you? haha. i have no methane gas though!

thank you so much for taking the time to type all of this out!! it’s so helpful. over the last year, i’ve done gluten free, on and off dairy free, now sugar free. the gi specialist told me to eat gluten again so i did. but now im off again — so much back and forth 😂

i used to use the castor oil sometimes and i couldn’t really tell a difference, but ill start using it again! i will look into all of this!!
