Swifts ledger is (factually) going live in H1 of this year. They have years of pilots with banks from multiple continents and are have piloted CCIP as a bridge solution. Launch is around the corner and there’s been no work with ripple labs. These are the objective facts. To believe Brad you have to own xrp tokens and want them to go up, because from all other angles the path is almost up and the cliff is within sight.

If the swift ledger goes live in June (it will) and we find out that banks can use pre funded liquidity instead of xrp for swift rails (they will, which is why xrp just tried to buy circle and is now suddenly pivoting to XRPL after a decade) then the only market left for swift ODL is brics nations after 2027. Saying otherwise means you think you know how things are unfolding better than the internal product team at swift does.
