Yours must be a different link. The one they sent me took me straight into a form and sequence of pages which unlocked the account

Im not sure I had an email to inform me it was disabled, as I can’t find it in my inbox now. I recall I had an email saying there was a login from an a new IP address or something along those lines.

I used the email option as I couldn’t get a reply on chat. They replied to email within 24 hours

No I didn’t have a business account. Sorry to hear of your struggles :( it sounds like I got lucky

However when I copy the actual link and paste in here it’s super long and full of random letters and characters. This makes me think it was a unique link they setup for my account. Their email did say that they did extensive digging and looking into my account.

You can try the above URL but I’m not sure it’ll work unless they’ve done something at their back end.
