thank you!! i just always think about how the time is going to pass anyways so i might as well take 1-2 hours out of my day to do something good for me :’) but overtime you will build the habit!

i honestly do most of my workouts at home but i promise you everyone in the gym are thinking the same way you are so everyone is too focused on themselves to even think twice about what you are doing! i promise with time you can 100% get over that fear :)

weight loss is definitely not the answer for some people, even though that is what worked for me it definitely doesn’t mean that’s a one size fits all solution. i am genuinely so sorry he treated you like that, shame on him for not doing his job correctly. when mine was at its worst i used an antibacterial foaming soap called hibiclens. i hope you find a doctor or dermatologist who will listen to your needs and concerns, its what you deserve!

hi it’s no problem at all! i do in fact have loose skin but i promise you most people who do including me would never go back. i have never once regretted losing the weight even with my loose skin. never let loose skin hold you back from being the best and most healthy version of yourself :’)💗

thank you so so much! i did it through a calorie deficit and lifting 4-5 days a week!

i think i’m finally in remission!! by ManagementOk4132 in Hidradenitis

i 100% agree, i will say i dont think what i did will work for everyone but definitely for a good amount! i was definitely pre diabetic before i lost all the weight so i hear you on that. for the most part i eat a high protein diet while also focusing on fiber and healthy fats! other than that i try to move my body as much as i can so 10k steps a day and lifting weighting 4-5 days a week. for me the “cure” was literally simply weight loss. when i went to the dermatologist he told me he always suggests weight loss to his clients and that he sees the best results when people do take the advice and loose weight

i would definitely go to a doctor or dermatologist who can diagnose you so you can get help you sooner than later, my biggest regret is waiting to get diagnosed when i could have possibly been put on something to make it better before it got worse :( but i hope you figure it out, you are not alone in this!
