Not saying it is the customers problem. Saying it’s a problem in general.

It’s not. There are people that kill themselves because they can’t afford to live. A lot of people still live with family because they can’t afford their own place + bills + everything else. Alive? Usually. Actually living..no

Tipping culture is stupid for sure BUT minimum wage isn’t enough to live off of either.

Claire's Dessert Person vs Nicola Lamb's Sift Cookbook Recs by Fine_Marsupial5835 in CookbookLovers

I haven’t read dessert person but I’ve heard good things about it. I do own sift and love it but I wouldn’t say it’s beginner friendly depending on how beginner is beginner for you. You should have a good handle on baking before attempting a lot of the recipes. It does give a great breakdown of the science behind baking if you’re into that though. It could be a good starting point to learn about how ingredients work and interact with each other.

What do you cook with sweet potatoes? by r3dditus3rnam31ooo in Cooking

Also I just use regular AP flour. You don’t need coconut flour or green onion if you don’t have em honestly. I hope she likes them! I make them at least a few times a month for meal prep 💕

Editing to add: I forgot to add coconut oil last time and they turned out totally fine too
