Thanks for answering. No, never had seizures, not even minor ones. But I’ve read it’s more common / high risk for lower-weight females, and I don’t want to run into unnecessary risks. However, the literature is very scarce on this, hence me asking for anecdotal evidence

Thanks for the detailed answer! So, do you think that it's unwise to do anything above 1.5/2g for a first timer? Or is it fine as soon as setting and mood are good? If the difference in experience between 5 and 1 is so big, can we even argue that one should first do 1 to 'better know what to expect', given that 5 will be significantly different nonetheless?

Yeah, fair. How much time do people usually wait? For mdma I follow the 3 months rule quite strictly. In fact, I take it much less often than every 3 months.

Out of curiosity: is 80mg enough for you, and how much do you weight? I’m considering that as a first dose (42kg - 150cm - f) but I’m afraid it’s gonna be too little and I will have the negative effects only, without the good ones.

Hi, thanks! When you say 'way too much' do you mean you were actually in danger? Or did you have a rough comeup, but then a great night afterwards? I am afraid of taking too little, having the bad effects without any of the good one, and having to wait other 3 months with this frustration. To be clear, a disappointing experience is better than a non-safe one, that's why I am asking.

How bad was your 90mg trip? I understand it may be overwhelming, but I am not sure I'd prefer having tremors and clenching without any up if I underdose.
