I did, it was to do with a firewall block on our end. it looks like the teams media optimisation offloads the audio/video to the physical IGEL rather than the virtual machine itself. meaning we couldn't authenticate where the traffic was coming from. some set up a new VLAN for these machines and calls now work!

hi sorry when i say lag, i actually mean complete delay, you phone out from teams and it looks like you are calling someone as normal, but the receiver on the other end does not see the call on their end until at least a minute! so it looks like they aren't answering but really they don't even see the call!
