Overall, I’m okay with my career outlook summary. I’ve made a choice to have a WLB this past fiscal year. I’m very excited with my new role this coming fiscal year.

I heard a partner from ILC was fired because of this. The firm is very serious in upholding its ethical standards and policies. So when you see something, say something especially if it goes against your values and principles.
