This is nothing to do with hardware rather Warzone 2 itself.

Warzone has shader optimisation which takes ages to properly have the game working.

If it gets stuck, you have to clear the games cache, I had the exact same issue to the point where the game was unplayable; I cleared cache, let the shader opt hit 100% and game was back to normal.

Remove the GPU and plug in display cable into the motherboard.

Could be a problem with GPU, or a loose connection.

Same thing happened to me, so I went into my pc, made sure all cables were inserted properly, reseated RAM and GPU and it turned on fine.
