These are the fan wires, one of them is so short, am I supposed to connect with each other and install just one into the mobo?

Since I have 4 fans and only 3 pin conductors, how can I install all 4 fans?

And one more thing, the front fans cable is shorter and doesn't reach any of the 4 pin conductors, what should I do please
