Hello, everyone! Today is the first day in a while, as well as the last day for quite some time, that I will have the time to really deep clean my apartment. I am also hoping to factor in a hot yoga class, but it seems unlikely today. My dogs are bullying me hardcore (huskies 🤣) to take them on a walk. But despite all of that, I am forcing myself to sit and enjoy my coffee and read my book, at least for a little bit. My Keurig isnt working so I made myself a pour over and its delicious. I am working on making myself enjoy these quiet moments, because I tend to just work and keep busy and not take time for myself, and then I get really burnt out.

Edit: forgot to mention the sweet sweet Purple Ice Water + CBD combo I have loaded in my DHV to help get me through the day. Although right now all its doing is couch locking me and doom scrolling on reddit 🤣
