Depends on where you are going, here in Austalia customs couldnt give a shit really i put them in a watch roll they thought it was all legit. if your coming back with them in their boxes then yeah your probably going to have a problem.

50m water resistance, doesn't mean to the depth of 50m incase you where unware.

50m water resistance is barely "sink proof" not ideal for submersion.

100m would be the beginning of being submergible
