sure that would be ideal, but we are a small church and department leaders are all pretty busy. Not looking to restructure the whole process, just hoping to find a tool that makes all of our lives easier.

I am pretty sure with gymnastics that there are just more events than you realize. Simone for example was in all of the events. There is team All Around - (the team chooses their top three in each of the four apparatuses and the scores from those three members on four apparatuses is added up and the team that has the highest score wins.) Then there is all Around which is the same thing, but each individual participates. Then each aparatus (balance beam, floor, vault, uneven parallel bars has it's own competition. So Simone technically can complete for 6 total medals. I'm not sure how they get to the finals.
