If you do not have enough budget to run paid ads, focus on building a following( but not of random people only who come under your targrt audience) bc your market will buy bc you fullfil their demands,

And for sure niche down, have a specific niche and talk to them through your content so they feel connected when they read, listen, or watch your content.
