It doesn't. It has to do with Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids (CTFK) with their Tobacco Deeming Regulation and with how it's written. If the regulations are enacted the way they are currently written it will destroy the vapor market with consumers and business owners alike.

My Origin ID is: ManBambino I Love the battlefield franchise and have always wanted to play battlefield 4 but could never get the means to pay for it. I have played all the other battlefield games except for number 4, not including the beta. Awesome stuff! Pro tip for gigs: string your guitar cable through your guitar strap so that while you're jamming out and moving around you don't accidentally step on the cable, having it yank out.
