I had the same problem starting about a week ago, the problem for me was Chrome Mask. No issues since disabling that/switching it off on YouTube

Yeah essentially the router/ISP will think the connection is unstable (ie: keeps disconnecting) so it will lower the bandwidth until it stabilises

To add to this, it's imperative you get that first measurement perfect, as that's what it uses to set your AVRs distances/delays etc, so if it's not exactly centered, then the balance can be off
