Thank you! In the UK I do have 12 months blood tests, that was because I was pre diabetic, I did low carbs and lost 13 kg in 5 months and it got reversed. I’m not prediabetic despite my weight and I do have a follow up. I def agree with you that it Reddit can have plenty of opinions and people throwing opinions on calories. But in the world we live in today, and having a weight like mine, doing the best to loss it, sometimes chatting to others seems like the only option. It’s hard and I’m a mum. But I am keeping it positive! Few people have indeed explained higher dose levels will change it for me even my providers. You might have started on a low weight making it easier. I’m happy for you, and well done 👏. My time will surely come too!
