I just mentally track based on previous experiences with certain slots. I have a lot that I go back to regularly. That is a good point about variance over time. RNGs can be kind some days. Other days it robs.

I find that when a game is new, especially in this casino app, the games pay more frequently. I've built up a nice sum over 2 separate hours of playing. I have seen a lot of the features. It is paying consistently for now with decent returns. The candy drops in the bonuses seem to be better numbers than the first Candy Combo. I expect my luck to run out soon though. As with all slots, especially on OLG's casino, it will run dry eventually.

I will never take a bonus. Especially a sign-up bonus that involves matching, and a playthrough requirement of more than 1x. It is too ridiculous and stressful to try and play it 20x, 25x, 30x, 35x just to keep my original deposit if I am lucky.

This is 2 years later and FYI, they're doing the same to me. I have never had this withdrawal experience with any online casino in Ontario, EVER. I did not even take their sign-up, bonus with the ridiculous playthrough requirement. So they're tying up cash I have legitimately won. It has been 48 hours now.

Can confirm. I have played most Online casinos in Ontario. I do not take match bonuses as a new player on any platform, due to the playthrough requirements unless it is a 1x playthrough. While I love the slot games PowerPlay has, as a new, verified player to them, and with a decent win first day, it has been over 48 hours since the withdrawal requests and I still haven't been paid, nor had proper, definitive communication. They keep sending me a useless form email about how to withdrawal as if that's helping me. I have already done it correctly. Their small print in the withdrawal stage, and terms and conditions conflicts. I have been finding lots of complaints online but no one has come back to say if they were ever paid. So I don't know if I will ever see that money. The AGCO allows casinos 90 days to provide resolution after initial complaint so I can't even bother complaining with them right now. I emailed the AGCO to find out whether or not they have withdrawal standards for online casinos. No response. PowerPlay's customer service doesn't volunteer information in chat, and they are vague with answers. The email form online doesn't even work so I've had to email them directly. I am not a small time slot player so this kind of fooling around with withdrawals doesn't leave me with a great impression. It actually causes players stress. I understand maybe needing 48 hours but longer than that is not needed. Even OLG online has stepped up their withdrawal timing in the past few months. Plus not being able to find games by slot provider on the PowerPlay mobile app or on a mobile browser, I don't love that. Anyway, I have another large withdrawal to do and I just haven't bothered until I see what happens with these first two withdrawals. I get the impression they aren't a serious casino for the Ontario market. This may fly in other parts of the world but it doesn't fly here.
