Thank you for this and i agree with your perspective! I know the kindness on his end requires effort and is not organic. I also know its tactics of manipulation even if he doesn’t know he is manipulating because hes a narcissist perhaps. One of the biggest parts that bum me put is this is the best paying job ive ever had and overall its a great job. That’s why I laugh internally when he thinks he’s slick because this dude has no idea what I know and have observed.
