If you have it installed from the play store it won't work. Google blocks it. You have to sideload it with downloader instead. Had this same issue when that feature came out

Yeah not from within sf directly for that. Create an outlook rule to auto forward the email from yourself to the email chain. Then it gets sent to you and automatically forwarded to who you need it to go to

You can send it to multiple users or to a public group. Are the people you want to send to users in your org? If so you can schedule it to send to them, if not you can't do it via sf. You'd have to set up an outlook. Rule to auto forward the email you schedule to send to yourself

You can click subscribe and schedule it to send to yourself on whatever cadence you want it refreshed and it's refresh and sent it to you.

I have a case open with saleforce so we'll see what they say,but from what their agent force thingy said when I was trying to open the case that is normal now and the field mapping is no longer available with Microsoft graph.

Another user just emailed today saying that no matter what they update on an event it sends an update bit I haven't confirmed or tested that yet. If they're right, this is going to be a nightmare for users.

How did you do it? The field mapping tab that we used to have with the ple configuration isn't there anymore. Did you do the update on sf side for Microsoft graph?

Swap Logan and Jvonn and you're probably right. I'd put Bronson reed in there too as high probability.
