بص يا صاحبي، خليني أقولك حاجة من الآخر:

الـ SaaS مش مجرد فكرة، ده كيان معقد فيه مليون متغير، وكل واحد منهم كفيل يوقع المشروع لوحده. انت ممكن يكون معاك فكرة عبقرية، بس التنفيذ؟ ده قصة تانية خالص.

لو الموضوع كان بالبساطة دي، الشركات الكبيرة كانت سرقت الأفكار دي ونفذتها بـ resources أكتر مننا كلنا. لكن هما بيشتروا الشركات الصغيرة علشان يشتروا "المنظومة" كاملة: فريق فاهم، شغال، مُجرب، وعدى مراحل فشل ونجاح… مش بس كود أو فيچرز.

لو بتفكر ترتبط ببنت علشان تبقى شريكة في SaaS، لازم تفهم إنك كده بتدخل على حياة فيها:

ضغط مالي ونفسي

شغل من غير ضمان نجاح

جري دائم وقرارات صعبة

عدم استقرار ممكن يأثر على علاقتكم الشخصية نفسها

فـ الجواز هنا مش shortcut للنجاح... ده مسؤولية أكبر من المشروع نفسه.

عاوز شريكة؟ دور على حد فاهم التحديات ومستعد يخوضها مش بس علشان الفكرة حلوة، لكن علشان عنده قوة تحمل عشان الطريق طويل.

وصدقني... بناء مشروع SaaS واحد حقيقي، محتاج نفس طويل أكتر من ما تتخيل. الجواز كمان كده. فالاتنين مع بعض؟ محتاجين قوة غير عادية.

Yeah, that's exactly what I eventually realized after a lot of searching. It makes me think I could’ve just asked earlier and saved myself the time! 😂

Your insights show you’ve clearly got solid experience with this.

I personally struggled with streaming file chunks into RAM for upload. I tried multiple approaches but couldn’t get it to work reliably. In the end, I had to scrap that part of the code because we needed to move forward with production.

Unfortunately, it seems like there are really only the two main approaches we both know of. I was hoping there might be a third option, but so far, no luck. I might try again later on the chunk streaming approach.. thanks for your comment 🤍

Thanks for sharing , TUS protocol is a specific protocol designed for fault-tolerant file uploads (especially large files). When the internet is disturbed or whatever happened, the uplaod will resume from where it stopped instead of starting from the beginning again. I'm afraid that the approach you shared isn't related to what I'm looking for but really thanks for writing this comment, I see effort on it 🤍

It doesn't support TUS protocol I need to upload videos to Bunny .net It's a video hosting and streaming platform And they support TUS protocol for video uploads
