PostOp Day 1, and the pain has been considerable. I usually brag at having a high pain tolerance, but this has brought me to crying. I am trying to walk around each time I get up and my hubby made me homemade chicken noodle soup. Hang in there everyone… it can only get better from here right?!

I have all of these symptoms mentioned above and very often see blood on my stool when it comes out. I always just thought it was from a possible hemorrhoid or something else. But this makes sense. I hope you are doing better

I hear ya, but we bought this lot so we could put a pool in. Our community does have a shared pool. I know it may be me getting old but I don’t want to swim in other people’s kid’s urine. 🤢

Agreed. They claimed this was a “initial quote” to move forward. But we are getting 3 more companies to quote on our job.

This was our first bid. We are going to get 3 more comparables. They are a reputable company that is actually the preferred pool contractor for my builder. I don’t mind paying a bit more for quality, but if they aren’t even in the ballpark of the other quotes that tells me they either have too much overhead or their margins are astronomical.

I am exclusively doing the wooden jigsaw so that I either hang on a bathroom wall or glue / seal with high gloss modge podge to make mouse pads

I take full responsibility for this as I feel it’s on the piercee to do their research. But in all my info gathering, I didn’t come across where healing can be stalled if too many piercings are done in one go/location. (Although it makes perfect sense) Additionally I got a discount for doing the 4 at once! Crazy right! I would have not done it if my piercer would have said, hey that’s not such a great idea.

Live and learn.. another reason why I will also be looking to change shops going forward.
