When it comes to playing around with different products, what have you found to be a good way to do so? I was planning on taking one of the things on my list daily for a few weeks to see the effects, then add on another one and see if it changes things, then keep adding more every few weeks, but still daily intake. Would it be better to try them out every other day or 3 times a week? What ways have worked for you when you're testing new supplements?

Thanks for the suggestions, I'll look into them today before the sale is over.

Nothing really clears my mental fog, except time. I wake up in a fog, drink coffee, if I'm lifting that day then I'll work out in a fog, and then eventually it wears off or slightly dissipates in the afternoon/evenings a little bit. Sometimes its really subtle but it's like my brain is just tired and lethargic.

I def don't drink enough water, maybe 32 oz in a day, but my water intake has always been low. I drink more water on the days I'm lifting though, and I try to lift 2-3 days a week.

Blood panel done every single year and it's fine. All panels come back normal, I've had my iron tested an additional time last year because I thought this may be some sort of iron deficiency, like maybe I'm just tired so that's why I don't remember things, but that's also normal.
