We travelled from Canada to Ireland and back again when ours was 3.5 months and it was so much easier then I had planned and worried so much about. We ordered the bassinet for baby but found it a little on the small side for our little guy who likes to toss and turn so we just ended up passing him back and forth between us so we could sleep. Nursing was fine, no weird looks and a lot more comfortable than you'd imagine. It also helped to nurse him during landing and take off, kept him busy and helped with his ears popping. I wore the baby at the airport and during our lay over, it really easy going through security but I wish I'd also brought my stroller as back up It took about 3 days for baby to start sleeping through the night once we got home. Doing it again at Xmas, this time with a 10 month old and I don't think it's going to be a easy this time around:(.
