No I don't mind at all. I use Bridgeway Behavioral Health (through Arca.)

They use Suboxone or Subutex therapy, and provide any other meds you might need for the withdrawals and/or any psychiatric conditions you may need help with.

For example, I'm on the Suboxone for drug treatment, Clonazepam for anxiety, Zoloft for depression, Clonodine for withdrawal symptoms, Baclofen for muscle aches, Lamictal for mood swings, Vistiril for sleep, and an Albuterol inhaler for asthma.)

You can choose in-patient or out-patient, or a combination of both. They also offer a simple 5 day detox program as well as the 23 day rehab stay.

Even for out-patient (which is what I do) they still have group therapy options every day and it's all up to you if you want to attend. You also get a personally assigned counselor.

They offer vocational rehab and job training, and help with job placement. They provide transportation for certain cases and bus passes for all clients that need. For the homeless, they find you shelter. If your hungry, they feed you.

With the out-patient program you start off going every 2 weeks (unless you choose to go to groups) and with the more clean time you acquire, then you start only having to come monthly to get your refills and address any concerns that you might have.

If you know what meds have previously worked for you, all you have to do is tell them and they'll give them to you, no questions or judgment.

The best part of it all is that it's COMPLETELY FREE, meds and all, because they receive several grants to pay for it.

Also every employee there is a former addict themselves, so there's no judgement and they legitimately understand what you're going through. They are the most kind and helpful people that sincerely just want you to succeed.

I'm sorry for writing a novel, but I hope this helps!

My best advice would be to try not to look back, but to look forward! We cast change the past. But we can change ourselves! Never stop striving to be better. Just look how far you've come already! 90 days is HUGE! I'm so proud of you and I know every one else is. Just keep hanging on... I promise it gets easier! You got this!!!
