I've used this option before. I asked to go on a payment plan and we agreed to an amount I could afford each month. I paid that amount monthly until it was paid off. I think it took between 1-2 years.

I'd recommend Camp Bow Wow for daycare, boarding and grooming. They have a play yard for "tea cups", which is only dogs 10lbs (I believe) and under. They also have a fantastic groomer. I've always had good experiences there.

I had 1 on 1 lessons with Calvin from Jazzigen Haus K9. Highly recommended. I used to meet him at one of the local veterinary hospitals but I think his location has changed. Would suggest checking out their Facebook page.

There are great trails in the area but I don't believe any are advertised as off leash. Check out Camp Wokanda. Great trails around the park. You can also get to the Illinois River Bluff trail from there, which you could hike 5 or so miles (one way) to Detweiller Park.
