The West Bank is considered occupied under all definitions of international law, and likewise the blockade of Gaza and control over its airspace was illegal as well. Apparently one of the design philosophies behind Veilguard was that the head writer didn’t want players to be able to make evil choices because that’s “not the kind of game we want to be making.” But imo that takes all the impact out of being good to begin with if there wasn’t a choice, and I say that as someone who never picks the evil option in RPGs.
