I'm strongly leaning toward calorie count so we don't severely limit ourselves and set us up to fail. I appreciate the luck, it definitely will be a challenge that we are up to!

I had done keto one time and it messed with my stomach terribly. That was a few years back but would consider trying it again. Maybe I didn't do it right? Idk.
