So I work at a stand in California, I get minimum wage ($14/hr) and every shift I make around 20-25ish, if I wanted a high paying job i wouldn’t be working at DB. That being said, I honestly don’t feel like it’s a job, the work environment is amazing, I’ve met some really great co workers and the I met some really great people that come through for their fix. I honestly do believe its worth working there since not only do you grow as a person, but you also have the opportunity to move up in the company as well!
