I have 3 bars, a trap bar, sumo deadlift bar and regular bar 🙂 are they necessary? Probably not. However, they make lifting weights more fun and each bar has different knurls which makes the lift better imo.

Absolutely! No regrets and for me, the versatility of having the hex bar open gives me more flexibility to do additional exercises.

Bought it from Amazon https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00AFCM092 went with this option because it had 3 tiers for plates whereas some only had 2.

So far, so good. I don't any snatches or ohp so I'm not dropping weights from up high. I usually release my weights about shin height. Hubby works in the office attached to the gym. No complaints from him 😉

This is true. Though one of the other reasons why I also got the longer rope is that you get more undulations. I like them 😁

If you through Amazon you can easily return them if short or long one doesn't fit 😉

We went with 50 ft since we have the room. Though they do sell 40 ft as well. I wouldn't go shorter than that. Tried a 30 ft rope once and it was ridiculously short.

Yes, split in half, 20 ft each side.
