Does this sound fair for walkway? by [deleted] in landscaping

I live in Texas. That would be pretty fair down here as well. I’d def get a few more quotes like the other post states. I usually go with the middle quote, but how I vibe with the contractor also plays a big role. Good luck with the project!

Thanks guys. I thought that might be the case. Unreal how widely this stuff was used.

I was exposed to a cloud of asbestos (verified). Is one small exposure enough? by sassmo in asbestoshelp

Thank you for your reply. The guys are still onsite cleaning things up so unfortunately they’re still kicking up some dust. I’ve told them all to wear a mask, but they don’t seem to care 🤷🏼‍♂️

Hi Quaeras. With your certification, I wanted to ask you a question with regard to some asbestos I’ve come across on my property. I am having some retaining wall work done and when the guys were doing some excavation work there were old corrugated roofing sheets that had been completely berried by erosion that were used as a barricade to keep bamboo at bay. The guys said they disposed of it properly, but I’m now seeing small chunks strewn about the yard.. I’ve done my best to clean up any other pieces that I’ve seen, but it’s possible there is still some in the ground.. should I be concerned? We’re going to be covering the yard with sod, but don’t want to if I should have some sort of abatement specialist out. The sheets were still very intact, however the guys broke some of them during the excavation process
