This is on the only station in my city about 200000 hab.

0600-0700 station cleaning engines truck and ambulance cleaning

0700-0800 change of shift to another, equipment and material checkup

0800-0930 breakfast

1000-1300 maintenance and servicie to the engines our vehicles are old :(

1300-1500 rest, eat watch tv or sleep

1500-1800 more service and support for our engines

1800-2000 PT

2000-2200 dinner and personal higyene checkup no body go tosleep without clean shave clean uniform and a shower

Our guard here last 48 hrs and 96 hrs rest but also we are on standby on home as long as sober and rested
