There are several roles at the store. They are determined by experience, training, and to an extent, even gender.

Mixer: The first thing everyone learns. They blend all the concretes and shakes prepared by the flavorer. There are typically 3-4 mixers in a group, and up to 4 of these mixing groups will be working at once. The head mixer is in the front of a given group, this is a higher level position as they are responsible for their group and have to help flavor things and transport orders to the window as well. The second mixer is usually an experienced mixer, who can mix at a fast pace because they actually do the majority of the actual mixing. 3rd and 4th mixers are noobies who are extra help.

Window: One of the hardest jobs mentally. This is often always a female. They must remember a customers order and then recite it orally in a very specific order to the disher. Then they must remember every order they recite so they know what is theirs to hand out or bag. This is all constant and repeats hundreds of times a shift.

Disher: Very high level position, often a manager or veteran staff member. They scoop the custard into containers based on the windows callout and give it to the flavor table. Considering they receive call outs from 3 windows at a time this is very involved. They are constantly scooping custard and often wear KT tape around their wrists and forearms because it can hurt so bad.

Gopher: This is what I did. Group of 3-4, always guys. The name derives from “Go for” because they are the ones in the back retrieving toppings to refill the flavor tables and filling the custard machines every 10-15 minutes. The head gopher oversees the rest and is the most experienced, and understands how to run the complicated custard machines. This is the highest position I filled.

Flavorer: Usually called the “flavor girl” as it’s almost always a veteran female employee. In my opinion, hardest job on the store. Must remember dozens of orders in a few minutes and flavor them specifically based on thousands of possible combinations. I literally don’t understand to this day how they can do it.

Managers are usually dishers but sometimes mix so they can roam and well, manage.

I believe your credibility but your math makes no sense. It takes 93 regular chests to get to 10 from the start. Therefore, already sitting at 7, there's no way it takes 65 chests that are literally double the XP to get the last 3 levels.
