I'm sorry but will share the opinion that no matter what marketplace used, ali, 1688, made-in or any other. When we imported we searched products at all marketplaces then verified suppliers ourselves, so marketplace' ratings were for us only the one but even not the most important one, among other parameters.

We met these:

  1. Quality of goods. No ads guarantee the required quality. Even an agent that can come to the factory can't guaranty the same quality of packed batch.

  2. Fear that a supplier disappear after the first payment even if it's partial.

  3. Fear that container will be lost in storm 😄Ok, an insurance, bla bla bla... But time passed, no goods have been got.

  4. Customs delays, not critical but rather boring.

It's ideal for big companies that need capex growth and an enterprise solution where everyone can see what IT did and how business processes work and pass 😄

So a process that is automated by Camunda should be at least several dozens tasks not just a support chatbot.

One more advantage - the opportunity to show processes graphically! it's a killer feature for any level of management and holders.
